Pricing
All orders placed before 2.00pm Mon - Fri are shipped the same day, with eParcel Post with tracking for a flat rate. There is a 2-4 Day Delivery within Australian Eastern Capitals. Delivery to rural areas may take longer.

Upgrade to eParcel Express
On all orders, we offer an upgrade to eParcel Express. This is available at an extra cost and can be selected at checkout. This shipping method offers you next business day delivery to most locations Australia-wide (Note: may take longer for non-metropolitan areas).

Delivery
Wondering when your package will arrive? Orders received and paid for before 2pm (AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day - so you'll get your items the very next business day if your destination is within the Express Post Delivery Network. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.

If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe (if an item is out of stock, for example), we will contact you within one business day.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located at 1 Pillapai Str. Charlestown, NSW 2290 Australia.

Return and Refund Policy

Faulty or broken items

If you do happen to receive a faulty product (most unlikely) please contact us for instructions on returning the item. We will of course replace or refund the item, and credit you with the return shipping costs, plus pay the shipping on the replacement item.

You may also return most new, unopened items in their packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. If you have ordered the wrong size, or just changed your mind, we will issue a credit for the goods only; but not return shipping costs. The goods must be in new condition in packaging and returned by standard air mail. The credit will be issued on receipt of the returned goods. Credits may take a few days to show in your account.

Due to health regulations we cannot accept some items (like underwear) for return (unless faulty).

Pre-activated with a Brazilian mobile phone number

This SIM card is pre-activated with a Brazilian mobile phone number so you will know your Brazilian mobile number before leaving home. This is ideal if you need to let friends and family know your contact details in Brazil prior to travelling and is particularly important if you need to get business cards printed or if you need to divert your home phone.

  • Call a landline R$ 0.70 per call

Long distance call costs (within Brazil)

Incoming calls are free in Brasilia and R$ 0.50 per call outside Brasilia

If you have used up your daily data allowance you will continue to access unlimited data, but at a slower speed (this is a promotional deal that is good until the end of August 2016). You can also add additional data bundles to increase your high-speed data allowance.

Data settings

Most phones will automatically configure data settings for you, but sometimes you need to manually enter these settings into your phone.

If you have an Apple iPhone visit unlockit.co.nz from a Wi-Fi connection using your phone's Safari browser and follow the prompts (selecting Brazil and TIM) and your internet settings will automatically be configured on your phone.

For other phones you can manually enter the following settings:

Username: tim
Password: tim

Topping up your credit

You can top up your TIM Brazil account online at www.ding.com. You can also top up by purchasing top up vouchers from convenience stores and TIM shops throughout Brazil.

You can check your remaining balance by keying *222# into your phone.

How long does this SIM card stay active

The TIM Brazil SIM card remains active for six months from the last date that you top up your prepaid credit.
