Pricing
All orders placed before 2.00pm Mon - Fri are shipped the same day, with eParcel Post with tracking for a flat rate. There is a 2-4 Day Delivery within Australian Eastern Capitals. Delivery to rural areas may take longer.
Upgrade to eParcel Express
On all orders, we offer an upgrade to eParcel Express. This is available at an extra cost and can be selected at checkout. This shipping method offers you next business day delivery to most locations Australia-wide (Note: may take longer for non-metropolitan areas).
Delivery
Wondering when your package will arrive? Orders received and paid for before 2pm (AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day - so you'll get your items the very next business day if your destination is within the Express Post Delivery Network. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.
If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe (if an item is out of stock, for example), we will contact you within one business day.

Faulty or broken items
If you do happen to receive a faulty product (most unlikely) please contact us for instructions on returning the item. We will of course replace or refund the item, and credit you with the return shipping costs, plus pay the shipping on the replacement item.
You may also return most new, unopened items in their packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. If you have ordered the wrong size, or just changed your mind, we will issue a credit for the goods only; but not return shipping costs. The goods must be in new condition in packaging and returned by standard air mail. The credit will be issued on receipt of the returned goods. Credits may take a few days to show in your account.
Due to health regulations we cannot accept some items (like underwear) for return (unless faulty).

The China Unicom prepaid SIM card gives you cheap calls in China with very cheap international calls.
This SIM card is pre-activated and ready to use upon arrival in China
Includes 100 RMB (around $15) call credit
The SIM card comes with 100 RMB of call credit (70 RMB for calls within China plus 30 RMB for international calls).
Cheap text messages
Text messages within China cost RMB 0.10 (around 2c). International text messages are RMB 0.8 (around 12c)
Cheap local calls within China
Local airtime (the cost to receive a call or make a call to a number in China) is only RMB 0.30/minute (around 5c/minute)
Cheap international calls
The China Unicom sim card gives you cheap international calls. 30 RMB per month is credited to your international call balance, which is enough for a 20 minute call to Australia, then after this, calls are charged at 2 RMB per minute (around 30c/min).
International text messages are RMB 0.8 (around 12c) per message.
Data access
Internet access costs 0.3 RMB (around 5c) per MB
Please note the SIM comes as a Micro or Nano Size only, and will require an adaptor for use with regular size SIM slots for some phones. These can be picked up cheaply at your local independent phone retailer.
