Pricing
All orders placed before 2.00pm Mon - Fri are shipped the same day, with eParcel Post with tracking for a flat rate. There is a 2-4 Day Delivery within Australian Eastern Capitals. Delivery to rural areas may take longer.
Upgrade to eParcel Express
On all orders, we offer an upgrade to eParcel Express. This is available at an extra cost and can be selected at checkout. This shipping method offers you next business day delivery to most locations Australia-wide (Note: may take longer for non-metropolitan areas).
Delivery
Wondering when your package will arrive? Orders received and paid for before 2pm (AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day - so you'll get your items the very next business day if your destination is within the Express Post Delivery Network. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.
If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe (if an item is out of stock, for example), we will contact you within one business day.

Faulty or broken items
If you do happen to receive a faulty product (most unlikely) please contact us for instructions on returning the item. We will of course replace or refund the item, and credit you with the return shipping costs, plus pay the shipping on the replacement item.
You may also return most new, unopened items in their packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. If you have ordered the wrong size, or just changed your mind, we will issue a credit for the goods only; but not return shipping costs. The goods must be in new condition in packaging and returned by standard air mail. The credit will be issued on receipt of the returned goods. Credits may take a few days to show in your account.
Due to health regulations we cannot accept some items (like underwear) for return (unless faulty).

The Crumpler Squid is a lightweight, versatile drawstring backpack. It is perfect for stashing gym or beach gear, groceries, or supplies for your home aquarium. Equal parts simple and useful.
The Squid features:

| Our current stock of Crumpler Squid backpacks has their old logo (that's good news if you're don't like their new logo. Does anyone like their new logo?). However, this differs slightly to the above photos in that the round patch with the logo is the same colour as the bag as opposed to the contrasting white patch on the photos. In other words, the black bag has the old logo on a round black patch, the red/orange bag has the old logo on a round red/orange patch, the gunmetal grey bag has the old logo on a round gunmetal grey patch and the racing red bag has the old logo on a round racing red patch. Crumpler seem to change their logo every year or so and in our opinion the logo on these bags is the best they have ever had. The contrasting logo (on a white patch on a darker coloured bag as shown in the photos) is a little too much contrast for many people, but our current stock (with the colour of the round patch matching the colour of the bags) looks the best overall. |
