Pricing
All orders placed before 2.00pm Mon - Fri are shipped the same day, with eParcel Post with tracking for a flat rate. There is a 2-4 Day Delivery within Australian Eastern Capitals. Delivery to rural areas may take longer.
Upgrade to eParcel Express
On all orders, we offer an upgrade to eParcel Express. This is available at an extra cost and can be selected at checkout. This shipping method offers you next business day delivery to most locations Australia-wide (Note: may take longer for non-metropolitan areas).

Wondering when your package will arrive? Orders received and paid for before 2pm (AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day - so you'll get your items the very next business day if your destination is within the Express Post Delivery Network. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.
If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe (if an item is out of stock, for example), we will contact you within one business day.

Faulty or broken items
If you do happen to receive a faulty product (most unlikely) please contact us for instructions on returning the item. We will of course replace or refund the item, and credit you with the return shipping costs, plus pay the shipping on the replacement item.
You may also return most new, unopened items in their packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. If you have ordered the wrong size, or just changed your mind, we will issue a credit for the goods only; but not return shipping costs. The goods must be in new condition in packaging and returned by standard air mail. The credit will be issued on receipt of the returned goods. Credits may take a few days to show in your account.
Due to health regulations we cannot accept some items (like underwear) for return (unless faulty).

Pacsafe DuffelSafe secure duffel bag comes in practical sizes for all types of travellers - 45 litre, 80 litre and 100 litre. There is also a 120 Litre bag which may be ordered.
The Duffelsafe bag is suitable to use for long adventures in rugged areas, a weekend getaway bag, or even a daily gym bag. These sleek and functional duffels also have excellent security features.
The exoMesh security slashguards run through all the side fabric panels, to avoid slash and grab thefts. The heavy duty zipper has ToughZip puncture resistant technology, to prevent anyone tampering with your bag in transit. The zip sliders are also lockable.
All sizes have a padded shoulder strap, side handles and top handles for easy portability. The 80 Litre and 100 Litre size also has detachable and adjustable backpack straps, so you can convert the dufflesafe to a backpack style bag!
The Pacsafe duffelsafe also has in-built compression straps, tie down attachment points, a luggage ID pocket, and a handy front pocket for easy access to essential items. The fabric is durable and water resistant, with a heavier bottom panel for extra durability on rough surfaces.
