All orders placed before 2.00pm Mon - Fri are shipped the same day, with eParcel Post with tracking for a flat rate. There is a 2-4 Day Delivery within Australian Eastern Capitals. Delivery to rural areas may take longer.

On all orders, we offer an upgrade to eParcel Express. This is available at an extra cost and can be selected at checkout. This shipping method offers you next business day delivery to most locations Australia-wide (Note: may take longer for non-metropolitan areas).

Wondering when your package will arrive? Orders received and paid for before 2pm (AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day - so you'll get your items the very next business day if your destination is within the Express Post Delivery Network. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.
If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe (if an item is out of stock, for example), we will contact you within one business day.

Faulty or broken items
If you do happen to receive a faulty product (most unlikely) please contact us for instructions on returning the item. We will of course replace or refund the item, and credit you with the return shipping costs, plus pay the shipping on the replacement item.
You may also return most new, unopened items in their packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. If you have ordered the wrong size, or just changed your mind, we will issue a credit for the goods only; but not return shipping costs. The goods must be in new condition in packaging and returned by standard air mail. The credit will be issued on receipt of the returned goods. Credits may take a few days to show in your account.
Due to health regulations we cannot accept some items (like underwear) for return (unless faulty).

Description
The GONE camping insect repellent discs are scientifically proven to repel mosquitoes, ticks, flies, gnats, roaches and other annoying bugs and insects with a vapour barrier.
Each disk is effective for up to 15 days (or 360 hours). Each pack contains two disks. The discs can be slipped on to tent poles, caravan awnings, string lines, giving a vapour barrier which repels bugs, mosquitoes, insects.
Can be stored between uses in the included reusable vapour bag ensuring your discs stays fresh and potent between uses.
The active ingredient is mint oil. Gone discs contain 10% peppermint oil which is 100% natural, safe and very effective.
Gone is the only product of its type that has been tested and approved for use by several government military forces including the US Military. Made in the USA, originally developed in Long Island New York in 1994, and extensively tested since by the field's most famed experts in the U.S., Canada and Australia. Recently, Gone Insect Repellent Band was supplied to eleven Eye Specialists working in Timor with the Dr Fred Hollows Foundation. This included work in remote villages where all sorts of biting insects are encountered. The specialists gave a glowing report of Gone with noone being bitten in the four weeks spent in these remote areas. Also endorsed by the PGA (Professional Golfers Association).
This product is not to be confused with similar looking but far inferior alternatives that use citronella oil. Gone repellent bands use PEPPERMINT OIL that is scientifically proven to be FAR superior as a repellent compared to citronella oil.
