Pricing
All orders placed before 2.00pm Mon - Fri are shipped the same day, with eParcel Post with tracking for a flat rate. There is a 2-4 Day Delivery within Australian Eastern Capitals. Delivery to rural areas may take longer.
Upgrade to eParcel Express
On all orders, we offer an upgrade to eParcel Express. This is available at an extra cost and can be selected at checkout. This shipping method offers you next business day delivery to most locations Australia-wide (Note: may take longer for non-metropolitan areas).

Wondering when your package will arrive? Orders received and paid for before 2pm (AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day - so you'll get your items the very next business day if your destination is within the Express Post Delivery Network. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.
If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe (if an item is out of stock, for example), we will contact you within one business day.

Faulty or broken items
If you do happen to receive a faulty product (most unlikely) please contact us for instructions on returning the item. We will of course replace or refund the item, and credit you with the return shipping costs, plus pay the shipping on the replacement item.
You may also return most new, unopened items in their packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. If you have ordered the wrong size, or just changed your mind, we will issue a credit for the goods only; but not return shipping costs. The goods must be in new condition in packaging and returned by standard air mail. The credit will be issued on receipt of the returned goods. Credits may take a few days to show in your account.
Due to health regulations we cannot accept some items (like underwear) for return (unless faulty).

The China Mobile Peoples Tourist Talk prepaid sim card gives you cheap calls in Hong Kong with very cheap international calls and low cost roaming in mainland China. Local airtime (the cost to receive a call or make a call to a number in Hong Kong) is only HKD$0.25/minute (around 3c/minute)
Please note that this is a Hong Kong SIM card. You activate it by making your first call on China Mobile's network in Hong Kong and you can only buy credit at shops in Hong Kong (although you can also buy credit online). Although it is a great SIM for travelling in China, you should only buy this SIM if you will be visiting Hong Kong first and it is advisable to buy enough credit before leaving Hong Kong to travel around China.
Text messages within Hong Kong cost HKD $0.10 to other mobiles on the China Mobile HK network and HKD $0.50 to other mobiles phones in Hong Kong and mainland China.
Cheap international calls
The China Mobile Peoples Tourist Talk Hong Kong sim card gives you cheap international calls with calls to land lines in many countries priced at the same low cost as a local call in Hong Kong.
International text messages cost HKD$1.80 (around 22c) per message.
Data and Wi-Fi packages
Need email, web browsing and access to apps like Google Maps, Facebook, foursquare, Google+ and Twitter on your mobile phone? Then simply add a data and Wi-Fi package, which will give you access to data on your phone plus Wi-Fi access at hotspots throughout Hong Kong.
Low cost roaming in mainland China
This sim card lets you roam in mainland China very cheaply with its "1-Card-Multi-Number" service where you also get a mainland China number on your sim for HKD$7 (approx: 85c) per week or HKD$20 (approx: $2.42) per month. Call costs while roaming in China with this service are as follows:
