Pricing
All orders placed before 2.00pm Mon - Fri are shipped the same day, with eParcel Post with tracking for a flat rate. There is a 2-4 Day Delivery within Australian Eastern Capitals. Delivery to rural areas may take longer.
Upgrade to eParcel Express
On all orders, we offer an upgrade to eParcel Express. This is available at an extra cost and can be selected at checkout. This shipping method offers you next business day delivery to most locations Australia-wide (Note: may take longer for non-metropolitan areas).
Delivery
Wondering when your package will arrive? Orders received and paid for before 2pm (AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day - so you'll get your items the very next business day if your destination is within the Express Post Delivery Network. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.
If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe (if an item is out of stock, for example), we will contact you within one business day.

Faulty or broken items
If you do happen to receive a faulty product (most unlikely) please contact us for instructions on returning the item. We will of course replace or refund the item, and credit you with the return shipping costs, plus pay the shipping on the replacement item.
You may also return most new, unopened items in their packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. If you have ordered the wrong size, or just changed your mind, we will issue a credit for the goods only; but not return shipping costs. The goods must be in new condition in packaging and returned by standard air mail. The credit will be issued on receipt of the returned goods. Credits may take a few days to show in your account.
Due to health regulations we cannot accept some items (like underwear) for return (unless faulty).

Ortel Mobile offers a cheap prepaid service for travellers visiting Spain with low cost roaming throughout Europe. The Ortel Mobile SIM card offers:
Prepaid SIM card with a Spanish mobile phone number. It's a prepaid SIM so there is no contract or credit check required.
- Call within Spain for only €0.00 per minute to landlines and €0.10 per minute to mobile phones (plus €0.31 call connection charge/flagfall)
- Cheap international calls (€0.06 to landlines in Australia and €0.19 to mobile phones in Australia, plus €0.31 call connection charge/flagfall)
- Free incoming calls regardless of where the call originates
- Includes €5 of call credit

Call charges
Calls to landlines in Spain cost €0.00 per minute plus a €0.31 call connection fee. Calls to mobile phones in Spain cost €0.10 per minute plus a €0.31 call connection fee.
It costs €0.15 to send a text message within Spain.
International call charges
Ortel Mobile has very cheap international calls (in many cases international calls are even cheaper than calls within Spain).
The above calls are inclusive of IVA and subject to a €0.31 call connection fee (flagfall).
It costs €0.20 to send a text message to a mobile phone outside Spain.
Topping up your Ortel Mobile Spain SIM card
It is easy to top up online with refills available in denominations of €5, €10 and €20. You can also buy top-up vouchers at thousands of convenience stores, service stations and newstands throughout Spain.
Please note that this is a Spanish SIM card.
You can only buy credit at shops in Spain (although you can buy credit online if you have a euro credit card issued by a European bank - UK credit cards not valid). Although it is a great SIM for travelling in Europe, you should only buy this SIM if Spain is your first port of call in Europe and you should buy enough credit before leaving Spain to travel around Europe.

Can I roam in other European countries with the Ortel Spain SIM card?
Like other European SIM cards, you can roam in other European Union countries cheaply. When roaming in other European Union countries, it costs €0.09 per minute to receive a call and €0.30 per minute to call within the European Union. Text messages cost €0.10 to send and data costs €0.70 per MB when roaming in the EU.
Please note, however, that roaming in non-European Countries (including European countries outside the EU such as Andorra or Switzerland) is expensive and best avoided.
Compulsory SIM card registration
It is compulsory to register your details with us before we can ship your SIM card to you. You will need to send us a copy of your passport along with the name and nationality of the end user of each SIM card purchased from us. It is quickest if you simply take a photo of your passport on your phone and email this information to us at shop@travelgear.com.au.
This is compulsory for all SIM cards activated in Spain.
