Pricing
All orders placed before 2.00pm Mon - Fri are shipped the same day, with eParcel Post with tracking for a flat rate. There is a 2-4 Day Delivery within Australian Eastern Capitals. Delivery to rural areas may take longer.
Upgrade to eParcel Express
On all orders, we offer an upgrade to eParcel Express. This is available at an extra cost and can be selected at checkout. This shipping method offers you next business day delivery to most locations Australia-wide (Note: may take longer for non-metropolitan areas).

Wondering when your package will arrive? Orders received and paid for before 2pm (AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day - so you'll get your items the very next business day if your destination is within the Express Post Delivery Network. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.
If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe (if an item is out of stock, for example), we will contact you within one business day.

Faulty or broken items
If you do happen to receive a faulty product (most unlikely) please contact us for instructions on returning the item. We will of course replace or refund the item, and credit you with the return shipping costs, plus pay the shipping on the replacement item.
You may also return most new, unopened items in their packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. If you have ordered the wrong size, or just changed your mind, we will issue a credit for the goods only; but not return shipping costs. The goods must be in new condition in packaging and returned by standard air mail. The credit will be issued on receipt of the returned goods. Credits may take a few days to show in your account.
Due to health regulations we cannot accept some items (like underwear) for return (unless faulty).

International calls
Cheaper calls home with your Tomato Croatia SIM card
Although the Tomato Croatia sim card gives you affordable international calls, you can make much cheaper calls home if you combine it with a service such as Rebtel. Rebtel gives you cheap calls home from your mobile by assigning a local Croatian number to your contacts back home so you are charged the standard .45 kuna per minute (around 7c) for a local call and then Rebtel forwards the call to Australia at a substantial discount. If you're planning on making a few calls home, then it is highly recommended to sign up for the Rebtel service

A phone call to Australia will cost 4 kuna (around 65c/minute) without Rebtel. With Rebtel it only costs 9c/minute to call a landline in Australia (that's 7c/minute for a local call plus 2c for Rebtel to forward the call to an Australian landline. Calls to mobile phones in Australia cost 17c/minute with Rebtel. That's 7c/minute for a local call plus around 15c to Rebtel to forward the call to an Australian mobile). If you have have the Rebtel app installed on your Android, BlackBerry or Apple iPhone and have Wi-Fi internet access you are not charged for the local call and can phone home to Australia for only 2c/minute to a landline or 15c/minute to a mobile phone in Australia. Because Rebtel is an international service independent of Tomato Croatia, you can continue to use any unused Rebtel credit for cheap international calls from your regular mobile service after you get home.
