Pricing
All orders placed before 2.00pm Mon - Fri are shipped the same day, with eParcel Post with tracking for a flat rate. There is a 2-4 Day Delivery within Australian Eastern Capitals. Delivery to rural areas may take longer.
Upgrade to eParcel Express
On all orders, we offer an upgrade to eParcel Express. This is available at an extra cost and can be selected at checkout. This shipping method offers you next business day delivery to most locations Australia-wide (Note: may take longer for non-metropolitan areas).

Wondering when your package will arrive? Orders received and paid for before 2pm (AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day - so you'll get your items the very next business day if your destination is within the Express Post Delivery Network. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.
If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe (if an item is out of stock, for example), we will contact you within one business day.

Faulty or broken items
If you do happen to receive a faulty product (most unlikely) please contact us for instructions on returning the item. We will of course replace or refund the item, and credit you with the return shipping costs, plus pay the shipping on the replacement item.
You may also return most new, unopened items in their packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. If you have ordered the wrong size, or just changed your mind, we will issue a credit for the goods only; but not return shipping costs. The goods must be in new condition in packaging and returned by standard air mail. The credit will be issued on receipt of the returned goods. Credits may take a few days to show in your account.
Due to health regulations we cannot accept some items (like underwear) for return (unless faulty).

Too often we find that our nights are spoilt by mosquitoes. Itchiness resulting from bites persists for a long time and if we give in to temptation to scratch, we end up with skin irritations that can be more serious than the initial bite. To eliminate these effects, a small and very practical device called the Mosquito-Click was invented.
How does it work?
It functions with piezoelectricity ie. the generation of electric currents by the compression or expansion of quartz and similar crystalline substances. Mosquito-Click therefore does not need a battery to function and its small and practical size makes it convenient to carry along anywhere!
Eliminates itchiness and inflammation from mosquito, sandfly, midge bites and minor jellyfish stings in just a few clicks.

Instructions for use
Hold the device like a syringe and position the narrow end on the bite. Press the button a few times. The number of clicks will differ according to the result required.
- 4 to 5 clicks to treat itching
- 10 to 15 clicks to prevent swelling
The effect of the Mosquito-Click is felt a few minutes after use.
For best results, Mosquito-Click should be used as soon as possible after an insect bite. It is therefore recommended that you carry it with you, especially during summer. Mosquito-Click is recommended for use on Mosquito bites.
WARNING: Persons wearing cardiac devices or with a heart condition should not use this device. Mosquito-Click should only be used for adults and suitable for children over 12 months old. Mosquito-Click can be a choking hazard to children under four, please keep out of reach.
