Pricing
All orders placed before 2.00pm Mon - Fri are shipped the same day, with eParcel Post with tracking for a flat rate. There is a 2-4 Day Delivery within Australian Eastern Capitals. Delivery to rural areas may take longer.

Upgrade to eParcel Express
On all orders, we offer an upgrade to eParcel Express. This is available at an extra cost and can be selected at checkout. This shipping method offers you next business day delivery to most locations Australia-wide (Note: may take longer for non-metropolitan areas).

Delivery
Wondering when your package will arrive? Orders received and paid for before 2pm (AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day - so you'll get your items the very next business day if your destination is within the Express Post Delivery Network. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.

If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe (if an item is out of stock, for example), we will contact you within one business day.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located at 1 Pillapai Str. Charlestown, NSW 2290 Australia.

Return and Refund Policy

Faulty or broken items

If you do happen to receive a faulty product (most unlikely) please contact us for instructions on returning the item. We will of course replace or refund the item, and credit you with the return shipping costs, plus pay the shipping on the replacement item.

You may also return most new, unopened items in their packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. If you have ordered the wrong size, or just changed your mind, we will issue a credit for the goods only; but not return shipping costs. The goods must be in new condition in packaging and returned by standard air mail. The credit will be issued on receipt of the returned goods. Credits may take a few days to show in your account.

Due to health regulations we cannot accept some items (like underwear) for return (unless faulty).

The kpn sim will work in all unlocked data-only devices including USB dongles, MiFi dongles, Apple iPads and Android tablets with 3G data coverage throughout the Netherlands.

This sim card:

  • includes €15 credit
  • works in all unlocked data-only devices including USB dongles, wireless broadband devices, Apple iPads, Microsoft Surface and Android tablets
  • features 3G data coverage throughout the Netherlands at up to 3.6Mbs
  • prepaid service with no contract
  • ready to use with no registration required
  • supplied as a micro SIM for the Apple iPad, however an adaptor is incljuded in the SIM card package so you can use the SIM in devlices – like Android tablets and USB dongles – that require a regular (mini) SIM card

Easy to use with your Apple iPad

The Dutch kpn data SIM is very easy to use. As it does not require any registration all you need to do is:

  1. Put the SIM card in your Apple iPad
  2. If asked for a PIN, enter 0000
  3. Go to Settings > Mobile data > APN settings and enter prepaidinternet (leave the username and password fields blank)
  4. Restart your iPad

Data charges

With this SIM card you only pay for the data that you use. The standard data rate is €0.16 per MB, although you get a bonus 75MB when you top up €20.

A €10 top up gives you 62.5MB

A €20 top up gives you 200MB (75MB free when you top up €20)

How long is the kpn data SIM valid for?

This SIM card (and any credit on the SIM) will remain active as long as you either use the SIM or top up your prepaid balance at least once every six months.
