Pricing
All orders placed before 2.00pm Mon - Fri are shipped the same day, with eParcel Post with tracking for a flat rate. There is a 2-4 Day Delivery within Australian Eastern Capitals. Delivery to rural areas may take longer.
Upgrade to eParcel Express
On all orders, we offer an upgrade to eParcel Express. This is available at an extra cost and can be selected at checkout. This shipping method offers you next business day delivery to most locations Australia-wide (Note: may take longer for non-metropolitan areas).
Delivery
Wondering when your package will arrive? Orders received and paid for before 2pm (AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day - so you'll get your items the very next business day if your destination is within the Express Post Delivery Network. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.
If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe (if an item is out of stock, for example), we will contact you within one business day.

Faulty or broken items
If you do happen to receive a faulty product (most unlikely) please contact us for instructions on returning the item. We will of course replace or refund the item, and credit you with the return shipping costs, plus pay the shipping on the replacement item.
You may also return most new, unopened items in their packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. If you have ordered the wrong size, or just changed your mind, we will issue a credit for the goods only; but not return shipping costs. The goods must be in new condition in packaging and returned by standard air mail. The credit will be issued on receipt of the returned goods. Credits may take a few days to show in your account.
Due to health regulations we cannot accept some items (like underwear) for return (unless faulty).

The Pacsafe VentureSafe X30 litre adventure daypack is a backpack designed daypack for active travellers and everyday use. Packed with useful features and anti-theft elements integral to Pacsafe brand.
There is 360° of exomesh wire in the bag, and dyneema webbing in the straps to prevent slashing, as well as an RFID blocking pocket. You can be safe locking the bag closed or to a fixture, and a TSA accepted 3 dial combination lock is included.
The Pacsafe X30 bag has a main zippered compartment large enough for a 15" Macbook or hydration pack. The front zippered compartment has pockets for cards, phone, passport, and a quick access vertical pocket is at the front of the pack for any items constantly in use. Stretch mesh side pockets hold drinks or umbrellas, and there is even a built in hideaway rain cover for the backpack.
In addition to Pacsafe's main anti-theft features, the VentureSafe X30 is also built for comfort. There is a removable waist belt, adjustable sternum strap, and padded shoulder straps, as well as a lightweight aluminium support back panel.
