Pricing
All orders placed before 2.00pm Mon - Fri are shipped the same day, with eParcel Post with tracking for a flat rate. There is a 2-4 Day Delivery within Australian Eastern Capitals. Delivery to rural areas may take longer.

Upgrade to eParcel Express
On all orders, we offer an upgrade to eParcel Express. This is available at an extra cost and can be selected at checkout. This shipping method offers you next business day delivery to most locations Australia-wide (Note: may take longer for non-metropolitan areas).

Delivery
Wondering when your package will arrive? Orders received and paid for before 2pm (AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day - so you'll get your items the very next business day if your destination is within the Express Post Delivery Network. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.

If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe (if an item is out of stock, for example), we will contact you within one business day.

Return and Refund Policy

Faulty or broken items

If you do happen to receive a faulty product (most unlikely) please contact us for instructions on returning the item. We will of course replace or refund the item, and credit you with the return shipping costs, plus pay the shipping on the replacement item.

You may also return most new, unopened items in their packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. If you have ordered the wrong size, or just changed your mind, we will issue a credit for the goods only; but not return shipping costs. The goods must be in new condition in packaging and returned by standard air mail. The credit will be issued on receipt of the returned goods. Credits may take a few days to show in your account.

Due to health regulations we cannot accept some items (like underwear) for return (unless faulty).

Bamboo fabric and insulation elevate the classic Ether Thermo design and performance to create a sustainable, carbon neutral alternative. Recycled aluminium value and hemp draw cord in the included stuff sack round out the package. A repair kit keeps it all humming along.

The Eco series of inflatable sleeping mats was originally a demonstration in sustainability to see if Pacific Outdoor Equipment could keep their carbon output in balance and the Eco Ethers became manufacturing viable the more they looked at the eco-friendly materials available. Utilising bamboo based fibre fill and undyed bamboo fabrics along with purchasing renewable wind and solar power to offset their manufacturing consumption and shipping, they werw able to achieve a carbon neutral footprint while still providing a fully functional, environmentally sensitive, high performance sleeping pad.

Good gear = less waste

No longer should "designed obsolescence" exist in a designer's vocabulary. Making good gear that lasts does more than just assure you that your equipment will perform for you when you want or need it the most. It also reduces our personal footprint and makes us a less conspicuous consumer. Every item that we use in our daily and/or recreational lives has an embodied energy. This is the engergy required to create that item and get it to the point of first use. Durable good gear makes this embodied energy investment go longer. So when you study products that are "environmentally sensitive" remember to look at its durability - which isn't purely a fuction of the raw materials that go into it, rather it is also a function of how the item is put together. With this in mind, Pacific Outdoor Equipement over builds, for longevity, to help keep their gear in the outdoors, out of the landfills, and their energy and resource use to a minimum.

Like all Pacific Outdoor Equipment sleeping mats, the Eco Thermo 6 comes with a stuff sack and repair kit.
