Pricing
All orders placed before 2.00pm Mon - Fri are shipped the same day, with eParcel Post with tracking for a flat rate. There is a 2-4 Day Delivery within Australian Eastern Capitals. Delivery to rural areas may take longer.
Upgrade to eParcel Express
On all orders, we offer an upgrade to eParcel Express. This is available at an extra cost and can be selected at checkout. This shipping method offers you next business day delivery to most locations Australia-wide (Note: may take longer for non-metropolitan areas).

Wondering when your package will arrive? Orders received and paid for before 2pm (AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day - so you'll get your items the very next business day if your destination is within the Express Post Delivery Network. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.
If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe (if an item is out of stock, for example), we will contact you within one business day.

Faulty or broken items
If you do happen to receive a faulty product (most unlikely) please contact us for instructions on returning the item. We will of course replace or refund the item, and credit you with the return shipping costs, plus pay the shipping on the replacement item.
You may also return most new, unopened items in their packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. If you have ordered the wrong size, or just changed your mind, we will issue a credit for the goods only; but not return shipping costs. The goods must be in new condition in packaging and returned by standard air mail. The credit will be issued on receipt of the returned goods. Credits may take a few days to show in your account.
Due to health regulations we cannot accept some items (like underwear) for return (unless faulty).

The AIS Traveller SIM is a great value sim card that is ideal for travellers visiting Thailand with an Apple iPhone, Android smartphone or Windows Phone.
This sim card:
- comes with your Thai mobile phone number so you can tell people your contact details in Thailand before you leave home
- comes pre-loaded with seven days unlimited internet access (your first 1.5GB is at maximum speed, after this your speed is reduced)
- comes pre-loaded with 100 baht credit (enough for 100 minutes of calls to numbers in Thailand)
- comes as a multi-cut sim card so it will work in any unlocked phone that supports a mini, micro or nano size sim card
- is pre-activated. There is no need to activate or register your service. Simply pop it in an unlocked phone after you arrive in Thailand, turn your phone on and you're ready to go.
Call and text message costs in Thailand
Calls to any network in Thailand only 1 baht (approx. 4c) per minute.
Text messages in Thailand are charged at 3 baht (approx. 11c) for a standard SMS (text) message and 5 baht (approx. 19c) for an MMS (picture) message.
International text messages are charged at 5 baht (approx. 19c) for a standard SMS (text) message and 15 baht (approx. 56c) for an MMS (picture) message.
It is FREE to receive a call while using this sim card in Thailand.
International call costs
The cost of international calls depends on which prefix you put before the number you are calling. If you hold down 0 to get the + symbol (and in some instances dial international numbers stored in your phone's address book) you will be charged the premium rate. The cheaper 003 and 00300 rates will be charged if you dial either 003 or 00300 before the country code when making a call.

Your sim card includes seven days unlimited internet access, however your data speed is throttled down after you have used your first 1.5GB. After you have you have used your high-speed internet allowance (or after your seven days free internet access has finished) you may buy additional data at the following rates:

When you have used your high-speed data allowance your data speed will have access to unlimited data at a slower rate of 64kbps for the remainder of the validity of your data package. If you do not add one of these data packages, you will be charged for additional data at the standard rate for internet access is 2 baht (approx. 8c) per MB.
FAQ
How can I top up my account?
Happy refill cards are available from most convenience stores throughout Thailand including 7-Eleven and FamilyMart. You can also top up online.
How long is the SIM card valid for?
The sim card will remain active for 365 days from the last date that you top up any credit. Any credit you add may expire before your sim card expires; for instance, the included 100 baht credit is valid for 30 days from the first date you use the sim card and any 100 baht top ups you make will remain active for 30 days.
How can I check my credit balance?
Just enter *121# and press the call button on your phone.
