Pricing
All orders placed before 2.00pm Mon - Fri are shipped the same day, with eParcel Post with tracking for a flat rate. There is a 2-4 Day Delivery within Australian Eastern Capitals. Delivery to rural areas may take longer.
Upgrade to eParcel Express
On all orders, we offer an upgrade to eParcel Express. This is available at an extra cost and can be selected at checkout. This shipping method offers you next business day delivery to most locations Australia-wide (Note: may take longer for non-metropolitan areas).
Delivery
Wondering when your package will arrive? Orders received and paid for before 2pm (AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day - so you'll get your items the very next business day if your destination is within the Express Post Delivery Network. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.
If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe (if an item is out of stock, for example), we will contact you within one business day.

Faulty or broken items
If you do happen to receive a faulty product (most unlikely) please contact us for instructions on returning the item. We will of course replace or refund the item, and credit you with the return shipping costs, plus pay the shipping on the replacement item.
You may also return most new, unopened items in their packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. If you have ordered the wrong size, or just changed your mind, we will issue a credit for the goods only; but not return shipping costs. The goods must be in new condition in packaging and returned by standard air mail. The credit will be issued on receipt of the returned goods. Credits may take a few days to show in your account.
Due to health regulations we cannot accept some items (like underwear) for return (unless faulty).

The Turk Telecom Mobile SIM card is ideal if you're visiting either Germany or Turkey. This SIM card is designed specifically for Germans visiting Turkey and also for Turkish people living in Germany so it is best value if you're planning on visiting both Germany and Turkey, although it is still very good value if you're only going to be visiting one of these countries.
This SIM card gives you:
- A German mobile phone number
- Coverage in Germany on the O2 network
- Coverage in Turkey on the AVEA network
Turk Telecom Mobile is the easiest option if you're visiting Turkey
If you're planning on visiting Turkey you may have heard stories about the hassle of buying a local SIM card there. The bureaucratic activation process involves showing your passport at a mobile phone shop, filling out paperwork and then your SIM card can only be used in the phone that you bought it for. You don't have any of these problems with the Turk Telecom Mobile SIM card, as this is technically a German SIM (with a German mobile phone number) so you activate your SIM card using the much easier activation process used by other German mobile operators.

Turk Telecom Mobile has good value standard call charges plus several add-on features that give you bundles of cheaper data plus calls to phones in Germany and Turkey.

International calls
This SIM card is cheapest when using it to make calls in and between Germany and Turkey. Calls to most other European countries cost €0.28/minute and calls to most countries outside Europe (including Australia and New Zealand) cost €1.29/minute.
There are many apps that you can install on your phone that give you much cheaper international calls. These apps include Rebtel, Skype and Viber. In most cases Rebtel is the best option as it works on all phones (including old phones where you cannot install apps) and it works well, even on a slow internet connection. Add-on features
Allnet Flat + TR
The Allnet Flat + TR add-on feature costs €20/month and gives you unlimited calls to landline and mobile phones in Germany plus unlimited calls to landline phones in Turkey.
To add the Allnet Flat + TR feature simply text "start allnet" to 12323. To cancel the Allnet Flat + TR feature simply text "stop Allnet" to 12323.
Allnet 300 D + TR
The Allnet 300 D + TR add-on feature costs €15/month and gives you 300 minutes of calls to landline and mobile phones in Germany and Turkey.
To add the Allnet 300 D + TR feature simply text "start allnet300" to 12323. To cancel the Allnet 300 D + TR feature simply text "stop allnet300" to 12323.
InternetFLAT + 150 SMS
The InternetFLAT + 150 SMS add-on feature costs €10/month and gives you 500MB data (to use when you are in Germany) plus 150 SMS text messages to phones in both Germany and Turkey.
To add the InternetFLAT + 150 SMS feature simply text "start internet" to 12323. To cancel the InternetFLAT + 150 SMS feature simply text "stop internet" to 12323.
Turkey Internet package
The Turkey internet package costs €10/month and gives you 300MB data (to use when you are in Turkey). Excess data is charged at €0.30/MB.
To add the Turkey internet package simply text "start türkiyeinternet" to 12323. To cancel this package simply text "stop türkiyeinternet" to 12323.
