Pricing
All orders placed before 2.00pm Mon - Fri are shipped the same day, with eParcel Post with tracking for a flat rate. There is a 2-4 Day Delivery within Australian Eastern Capitals. Delivery to rural areas may take longer.

Upgrade to eParcel Express
On all orders, we offer an upgrade to eParcel Express. This is available at an extra cost and can be selected at checkout. This shipping method offers you next business day delivery to most locations Australia-wide (Note: may take longer for non-metropolitan areas).

Delivery
Wondering when your package will arrive? Orders received and paid for before 2pm (AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day - so you'll get your items the very next business day if your destination is within the Express Post Delivery Network. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.

If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe (if an item is out of stock, for example), we will contact you within one business day.

Return and Refund Policy

Faulty or broken items

If you do happen to receive a faulty product (most unlikely) please contact us for instructions on returning the item. We will of course replace or refund the item, and credit you with the return shipping costs, plus pay the shipping on the replacement item.

You may also return most new, unopened items in their packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. If you have ordered the wrong size, or just changed your mind, we will issue a credit for the goods only; but not return shipping costs. The goods must be in new condition in packaging and returned by standard air mail. The credit will be issued on receipt of the returned goods. Credits may take a few days to show in your account.

Due to health regulations we cannot accept some items (like underwear) for return (unless faulty).

$15 credit refill for T-Mobile USA so you can add credit before you arrive in the United States.

This credit refill comes as a printed voucher with a PIN that you can add to your T-Mobile USA account immediately prior to travelling. Your credit refill comes with instructions on how to add online before you travel or via your mobile after you have arrived in the USA.

Please note that this voucher is only valid for T-Mobile USA prepaid accounts including Pay As You Go and monthly prepaid plans. It does not work on T-Mobile's networks outside the United States.

If you are on a monthly prepaid plan, the payment for that plan comes out of your prepaid balance. So, for instance, if you are on the 1500 Talk & Text plan (which costs $30/month) then the $30 payment will be deducted from any credit that you have added to your account.

In other words, if you have $3.34 on your account and are on the 1500 Talk & Text plan and add $30 credit you will pay for your monthly plan leaving $3.34 on your account. ie. $3.34 + $30 credit = $33.34, then T-Mobile takes $30 credit to pay for your monthly plan leaving you with the $3.34 that you started with, but giving you all the benefits of your monthly plan for the next 30 days.

Adding credit to your T-Mobile USA SIM

There are several ways to redeem your refill voucher:

  1. Redeem your refill voucher online by going to http://www.t-mobile.com/Coupons/default.aspx?referrer=prepaidrefills and entering your T-Mobile USA mobile phone number and the PIN code on your refill voucher
  2. Call T-Mobile customer service on +1 877 778 2106 (you can call this number from any phone including from Australia)
  3. Call T-Mobile customer service on 611 (from your T-Mobile phone while you are in the USA)
  4. Enter *8646 into your mobile while you are in the USA and follow the instructions

Please note that your monthly prepaid plan will start as soon as you have added sufficient credit to your account to cover the cost of your monthly plan. To avoid having your plan start early and expire before your trip has finished it is advisable to wait until the last minute (either the morning of your flight or the day before you travel) before adding redeeming your refill voucher.
