Pricing
All orders placed before 2.00pm Mon - Fri are shipped the same day, with eParcel Post with tracking for a flat rate. There is a 2-4 Day Delivery within Australian Eastern Capitals. Delivery to rural areas may take longer.
Upgrade to eParcel Express
On all orders, we offer an upgrade to eParcel Express. This is available at an extra cost and can be selected at checkout. This shipping method offers you next business day delivery to most locations Australia-wide (Note: may take longer for non-metropolitan areas).
Delivery
Wondering when your package will arrive? Orders received and paid for before 2pm (AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day - so you'll get your items the very next business day if your destination is within the Express Post Delivery Network. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.
If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe (if an item is out of stock, for example), we will contact you within one business day.

Faulty or broken items
If you do happen to receive a faulty product (most unlikely) please contact us for instructions on returning the item. We will of course replace or refund the item, and credit you with the return shipping costs, plus pay the shipping on the replacement item.
You may also return most new, unopened items in their packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. If you have ordered the wrong size, or just changed your mind, we will issue a credit for the goods only; but not return shipping costs. The goods must be in new condition in packaging and returned by standard air mail. The credit will be issued on receipt of the returned goods. Credits may take a few days to show in your account.
Due to health regulations we cannot accept some items (like underwear) for return (unless faulty).

T-Mobile offers a cheap prepaid service for travellers visiting the Netherlands. The T-Mobile Netherlands SIM card offers:
- Prepaid SIM card with a Dutch mobile phone number. It's a prepaid SIM so there is no contract or credit check required.
- Call within the Netherlands for only €0.09 per minute to landlines (plus a €0.19 connection charge) and €0.24 per minute to mobile phones (plus €0.19 call connection charge)
- Cheap international calls (€0.31 to landline and mobile phones in Australia, plus €0.19 call connection charge/flagfall)
- Cheap calls to other T-Mobile Netherlands Prepaid International customers - only pay €0.24 for the first 30 minutes of your call
- Free incoming calls regardless of where the call originates

International call charges
T-Mobile Netherlands offers cheap international calls.
A €0.19 connection fee applies to all calls.
Internet bundles
You can add internet access for €19.90 for 1GB/30 days (this promotional offer ends 31 March 2012, after which an internet bundle will give you 350MB/30 days for €19.90).
To activate your internet bundle, simple text MONTH INTERNET XTRA to 4000 and €19.90 will be taken from your prepaid balance.
You can still access internet without activating your internet bundle, however the standard rate for pay as you go internet access is €2 per MB.
Cheap European roaming
You can also use your Dutch T-Mobile SIM card for low cost roaming elsewhere in Europe. The cost to use this SIM card in other European countries is:

Using the internet while roaming in Europe
Data access while roaming in other European countries is:
5MB for €1.95/day (text DAGPASK1 to 1401 to add this data roaming package)
50MB for €4.99/day (text DAGPAS 1 to 1401 to add this data roaming package)
100MB for €14.99/7 days (text WEEKPAS1 to 1401 to add this data roaming package)
Please note that this is a Dutch SIM card. You activate it by making your first call on T-Mobile's network in the Netherlands and you can only buy credit at shops in the Netherlands (although you can buy credit online if you have a credit card issued by a European bank with a Dutch billing address). Although it is a great SIM for travelling in Europe, you should only buy this SIM if the Netherlands is your first port of call in Europe and you should buy enough credit before leaving the Netherlands to travel around Europe.
