Pricing
All orders placed before 2.00pm Mon - Fri are shipped the same day, with eParcel Post with tracking for a flat rate. There is a 2-4 Day Delivery within Australian Eastern Capitals. Delivery to rural areas may take longer.
Upgrade to eParcel Express
On all orders, we offer an upgrade to eParcel Express. This is available at an extra cost and can be selected at checkout. This shipping method offers you next business day delivery to most locations Australia-wide (Note: may take longer for non-metropolitan areas).

Wondering when your package will arrive? Orders received and paid for before 2pm (AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day - so you'll get your items the very next business day if your destination is within the Express Post Delivery Network. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.
If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe (if an item is out of stock, for example), we will contact you within one business day.

Faulty or broken items
If you do happen to receive a faulty product (most unlikely) please contact us for instructions on returning the item. We will of course replace or refund the item, and credit you with the return shipping costs, plus pay the shipping on the replacement item.
You may also return most new, unopened items in their packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. If you have ordered the wrong size, or just changed your mind, we will issue a credit for the goods only; but not return shipping costs. The goods must be in new condition in packaging and returned by standard air mail. The credit will be issued on receipt of the returned goods. Credits may take a few days to show in your account.
Due to health regulations we cannot accept some items (like underwear) for return (unless faulty).

If you're travelling in tropical areas where malaria is prelevant, a mosquito net is the best protection against mosquito bites, malaria and other mosquito borne diseases.
The traditional hang style can be attached to a tree or ceiling fan.
The Equip traditional hang style mosquito net features:
- long cord and adjustable height system
- fiberglass spreader rod folds for easy and compact storage
- available in single or double size (double size will fit both queen and king-size beds)
- extra strong nylon is UV resistant, will not yellow in the sun and takes less space when packed
- excellent stitching quality and strength
- reinforced skirting and eyelets for pegging when camping
- white colour for maximum night visibility and maximum treated effectiveness (as recommended by World Heath Organisation)
This mosquito net is treated with Permanet. Permanet is an long lasting insecticide net - treated with Pyrethroids, and has WHOPES recommendation for safe and effective malaria control, thereby providing added protection against insects carrying diseases such as Malaria, Dengue Fever, Ross River Fever, Japanese Encephalitis, etc.
Treated Nets are treated in overseas in bulk like all other branded nets available within Australia. For maximum impregnation quality, Equip recommends Equip standard single (traditional design) that has been treated in Australia under strict quality control.
