Pricing
All orders placed before 2.00pm Mon - Fri are shipped the same day, with eParcel Post with tracking for a flat rate. There is a 2-4 Day Delivery within Australian Eastern Capitals. Delivery to rural areas may take longer.
Upgrade to eParcel Express
On all orders, we offer an upgrade to eParcel Express. This is available at an extra cost and can be selected at checkout. This shipping method offers you next business day delivery to most locations Australia-wide (Note: may take longer for non-metropolitan areas).

Wondering when your package will arrive? Orders received and paid for before 2pm (AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day - so you'll get your items the very next business day if your destination is within the Express Post Delivery Network. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.
If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe (if an item is out of stock, for example), we will contact you within one business day.

Faulty or broken items
If you do happen to receive a faulty product (most unlikely) please contact us for instructions on returning the item. We will of course replace or refund the item, and credit you with the return shipping costs, plus pay the shipping on the replacement item.
You may also return most new, unopened items in their packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. If you have ordered the wrong size, or just changed your mind, we will issue a credit for the goods only; but not return shipping costs. The goods must be in new condition in packaging and returned by standard air mail. The credit will be issued on receipt of the returned goods. Credits may take a few days to show in your account.
Due to health regulations we cannot accept some items (like underwear) for return (unless faulty).

The new Korjo electrical adaptor with 2 x USB ports and an adaptor socket is an essential item for your travel bag. Small and lightweight, this adaptor range is our new favourite!
The adaptor plugs into an Australian or USA electrical socket, and you can use your multi-voltage Australian plug electrical appliance as well as charge with the two USB ports.
You can charge your two USB devices and power your electrical device at the same time and in the same socket. No more fighting over whose device gets charged first, do them at the same time!
This Korjo adaptor also comes with surge protection for extra safety. Please note this adaptor does not transform voltage, so ensure your appliance is multi-voltage. Most phones, cameras, shavers, these days are multi-voltage, but best to check, especially for hair dryers and straighteners.
Canada and Mexico also use the USA socket type.
