Pricing
All orders placed before 2.00pm Mon - Fri are shipped the same day, with eParcel Post with tracking for a flat rate. There is a 2-4 Day Delivery within Australian Eastern Capitals. Delivery to rural areas may take longer.
Upgrade to eParcel Express
On all orders, we offer an upgrade to eParcel Express. This is available at an extra cost and can be selected at checkout. This shipping method offers you next business day delivery to most locations Australia-wide (Note: may take longer for non-metropolitan areas).

Wondering when your package will arrive? Orders received and paid for before 2pm (AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day - so you'll get your items the very next business day if your destination is within the Express Post Delivery Network. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.
If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe (if an item is out of stock, for example), we will contact you within one business day.

Faulty or broken items
If you do happen to receive a faulty product (most unlikely) please contact us for instructions on returning the item. We will of course replace or refund the item, and credit you with the return shipping costs, plus pay the shipping on the replacement item.
You may also return most new, unopened items in their packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. If you have ordered the wrong size, or just changed your mind, we will issue a credit for the goods only; but not return shipping costs. The goods must be in new condition in packaging and returned by standard air mail. The credit will be issued on receipt of the returned goods. Credits may take a few days to show in your account.
Due to health regulations we cannot accept some items (like underwear) for return (unless faulty).

What is Aramid and why use it in rucksacks?
All Numinous packs are protected by Numinous anti-slash technology fabric, called Aramid. This fabric has a high tensile strength to weight ratio, meaning it is 5 times as strong as steel for the equivalent weight.
Anti-slash technology protects your belongings from people trying to slash through the material and gain access to your valuables, whether the pack is with you or unattended.
Are the Numinous shield combination locks resettable?
Yes, all the combination locks used on Numinous products can be set to a user defined number. Instructions on how to change the combination on your locks are included with the pack, and there are videos on the Numinous website.
What is the TSA?
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is an agency of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security that exercises authority over the security of the traveling public in and out of the United States.
The TSA screens every passenger's baggage before it is placed on an airplane. While their technology allows them to electronically screen bags, there are times when they need to physically inspect a piece of luggage. If your luggage or packs are TSA approved it means it can be opened by security officers using universal "master" keys so that the locks will not have to be cut or your luggage and belongings damaged.
All Numinous packs are protected by Numinous Anti-Slash technology. This ensures maximum protection against anyone trying to gain access to your belongings.
All the main zips on your Numinous rucksack include anti-puncture technology, meaning they are puncture resistant to pen or tool attacks, allowing you to fully protect your belongings when using the TSA zip locks.
Our retractable combination lock system allows you to securely attach your Numinous rucksack to bunk beds in dorm rooms, pipes or other fixed objects, giving you peace of mind when you're separated from your Numinous bag.
