Return and Refund Policy

Faulty or broken items

If you do happen to receive a faulty product (most unlikely) please contact us for instructions on returning the item. We will of course replace or refund the item, and credit you with the return shipping costs, plus pay the shipping on the replacement item.

You may also return most new, unopened items in their packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. If you have ordered the wrong size, or just changed your mind, we will issue a credit for the goods only; but not return shipping costs. The goods must be in new condition in packaging and returned by standard air mail. The credit will be issued on receipt of the returned goods. Credits may take a few days to show in your account.

Due to health regulations we cannot accept some items (like underwear) for return (unless faulty).

About Uzbek

Uzbek is an Eastern Turkic language and part of the Altaic family. However, much of its vocabulary is Persian rather than Turkish, as Tajik (Persian) speakers have long been prominent in the country. Uzbek used to be written in the Arabic script, which was replaced by the Roman alphabet in 1927 and then by the Cyrillic one in 1940. Since the new government came in place in 1993, they are trying to go back to the Latin alphabet.

How many people speak it?
It is spoken by about 15 million people.

In how many countries?
Uzbek is mainly spoken in Uzbekistan, where it is recognised as the official language. Speakers can also be found on the neighbouring countries of Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan. Further emigrant speakers can be found in the USA, Australia and Germany.
