Pricing
All orders placed before 2.00pm Mon - Fri are shipped the same day, with eParcel Post with tracking for a flat rate. There is a 2-4 Day Delivery within Australian Eastern Capitals. Delivery to rural areas may take longer.

On all orders, we offer an upgrade to eParcel Express. This is available at an extra cost and can be selected at checkout. This shipping method offers you next business day delivery to most locations Australia-wide (Note: may take longer for non-metropolitan areas).

Delivery
Wondering when your package will arrive? Orders received and paid for before 2pm (AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day - so you'll get your items the very next business day if your destination is within the Express Post Delivery Network. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.

If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe (if an item is out of stock, for example), we will contact you within one business day.

Return and Refund Policy

Faulty or broken items

If you do happen to receive a faulty product (most unlikely) please contact us for instructions on returning the item. We will of course replace or refund the item, and credit you with the return shipping costs, plus pay the shipping on the replacement item.

You may also return most new, unopened items in their packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. If you have ordered the wrong size, or just changed your mind, we will issue a credit for the goods only; but not return shipping costs. The goods must be in new condition in packaging and returned by standard air mail. The credit will be issued on receipt of the returned goods. Credits may take a few days to show in your account.

Due to health regulations we cannot accept some items (like underwear) for return (unless faulty).

This SIM card comes pre-loaded with $10 credit and you are able to top up this SIM card online both before and during your trip, which means that you can be ready to hit the ground running and you can even have an assistant top up your card while you're on the road so there is one less thing for you to worry about.

Keep your SIM active

Your Roaming SIM and credit will remain active as long as a credit top up and one billable event (such as a call or text message) takes place at least once every 12 months.

Even if you're planning on buying a local SIM card, it is a great idea to take a Roaming SIM with you on your trip as a backup for times when you can't top up your local SIM and for stopovers and unscheduled international trips.

Comes with a UK mobile phone number and an Australian landline number

This SIM card comes with a UK mobile phone number as well as 30 days use of an Australian landline number. There is an additional charge of $8 per month for this Australian landline number after your first 30 days use. It is not essential to continue using your Australian landline number, however it does make it cheaper for other people to contact you while you are travelling abroad.

There are two big advantages of having a local Australian landline number:

1) It is cheaper for people to call you. Anyone phoning you from Australia only needs to make a local call to contact you while you are travelling

2) You can easily and cheaply forward calls from your Australian phone (most Australian mobile networks do not allow you to forward calls to an international number, but it is not a problem forwarding calls to an Australian landline number). Please note that you can only forward calls from your Australian mobile (it is not possible to forward text messages).

You also get a UK mobile phone number that you can be contacted on.

Manage your account online

After receiving your SIM card you activate it online. Once activated you can log into your account online to top up and check your account balance.
