Pricing
All orders placed before 2.00pm Mon - Fri are shipped the same day, with eParcel Post with tracking for a flat rate. There is a 2-4 Day Delivery within Australian Eastern Capitals. Delivery to rural areas may take longer.
Upgrade to eParcel Express
On all orders, we offer an upgrade to eParcel Express. This is available at an extra cost and can be selected at checkout. This shipping method offers you next business day delivery to most locations Australia-wide (Note: may take longer for non-metropolitan areas).
Delivery
Wondering when your package will arrive? Orders received and paid for before 2pm (AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day - so you'll get your items the very next business day if your destination is within the Express Post Delivery Network. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.
If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe (if an item is out of stock, for example), we will contact you within one business day.

Faulty or broken items
If you do happen to receive a faulty product (most unlikely) please contact us for instructions on returning the item. We will of course replace or refund the item, and credit you with the return shipping costs, plus pay the shipping on the replacement item.
You may also return most new, unopened items in their packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. If you have ordered the wrong size, or just changed your mind, we will issue a credit for the goods only; but not return shipping costs. The goods must be in new condition in packaging and returned by standard air mail. The credit will be issued on receipt of the returned goods. Credits may take a few days to show in your account.
Due to health regulations we cannot accept some items (like underwear) for return (unless faulty).

The Sea to Summit Ultra-Sil Nano daypack is a small foldable bag that is really handy for those times when you think you may need an extra bag but don’t want to carry too much extra luggage. It is ideal if you are spending a day sightseeing and need to carry the essentials, if you’re popping down to the shops to buy some sacks or if you bought more souvenirs than your baggage will hold and you simply need an extra bag for your trip home.
Sea to Summit took their already compact Ultra-Sil daypack and made it even more compact and lighter. The empty bag only weighs 30g and packs down to the size of a chicken egg yet it can hold 18 litres and carry heavy loads up to 20kg.
The Ultra-Sil Nano daypack is half the weight and pack size of Sea to Summit's award-winning Ultra-Sil™ daypack and it is easily stashed in your pocket or on your keyring as the perfect travel companion.
It is made from ultralight 15D Nylon fabric with strategically positioned bar-tacks and streamlined panelling to ensure maximum strength for minimal weight.
The asymmetrical zipper and siliconised Nylon Nano™ fabric helps to reduce its packed size down to that of a chicken egg.
With strength well beyond it’s 30g weight, the Sea to Summit 18 litre Ultra-Sil™ Nano™ Daypack can carry heavy loads up to 20kg.
