Pricing
All orders placed before 2.00pm Mon - Fri are shipped the same day, with eParcel Post with tracking for a flat rate. There is a 2-4 Day Delivery within Australian Eastern Capitals. Delivery to rural areas may take longer.
Upgrade to eParcel Express
On all orders, we offer an upgrade to eParcel Express. This is available at an extra cost and can be selected at checkout. This shipping method offers you next business day delivery to most locations Australia-wide (Note: may take longer for non-metropolitan areas).
Delivery
Wondering when your package will arrive? Orders received and paid for before 2pm (AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day - so you'll get your items the very next business day if your destination is within the Express Post Delivery Network. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.
If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe (if an item is out of stock, for example), we will contact you within one business day.

Faulty or broken items
If you do happen to receive a faulty product (most unlikely) please contact us for instructions on returning the item. We will of course replace or refund the item, and credit you with the return shipping costs, plus pay the shipping on the replacement item.
You may also return most new, unopened items in their packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. If you have ordered the wrong size, or just changed your mind, we will issue a credit for the goods only; but not return shipping costs. The goods must be in new condition in packaging and returned by standard air mail. The credit will be issued on receipt of the returned goods. Credits may take a few days to show in your account.
Due to health regulations we cannot accept some items (like underwear) for return (unless faulty).

The Pacsafe Daysafe backpack is a well sized everyday pack designed with security features from Pacsafe.
Pacsafe is the leading brand of travel security bags. The Pacsafe Daysafe range is an everyday bag range, affordable and practical for travel and every day use.
The Daysafe backpack . Designed as a casual backpack bag to fit all your everyday gear, the Daysafe backpack is 16 litres, with a front external pockets for easy access items you need on the move, as well as a large internal compartment with a padded tablet sleeve and organisation.
The Daysafe backpack has one main compartment, with a padded tablet sleeve divider. Up to a 13 inch Macbook computer will fit in the Daysafe backpack. There is a zippered external pocket section on the front as well, for easy access. A pen loop in the bag helps you keep organised, as do the internal pockets and waterbottle pocket on the side.
All with the security features that Pacsafe is famous for. The Exomesh slashguard panels in the bag, as well as the Carrysafe slashguard strap protect against bag slashing, and cut and run theft. There is an RFID protected pocket, to prevent scanning of your important information from your passport or cards. The TurnNLock Security hook allows you to afix the bag around an object like a chair, table leg to prevent snatching theft. And of course the zippers are lockable and feature secure zip tabs to prevent pickpocket theft.
