Everything you need to know about dispatch times, delivery windows, and where we can (and can't) deliver — dispatched from our Charlestown, NSW warehouse.

Reliable domestic shipping (Australia) ＋
- Same-day dispatch — orders placed before 2:00 PM (Mon–Fri) ship the same day via eParcel Post with tracking. After 2:00 PM, orders go out the next business day.
- 24-hour dispatch, not delivery — we aim to ship within 24 hours, but delivery time depends on Australia Post. Express Post (the AusPost product) is not offered — see our own Express upgrade below.
- Flat-rate shipping — one flat fee via eParcel Post, with an estimated 2–4 days to Australian Eastern Capitals. Rural and remote areas may take longer.

We can only deliver to a street address
We're unable to ship to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, or any other non-standard collection point.
- Your address needs a street number (and unit/apartment number, if you have one).
- If we receive an order with a PO Box or parcel locker, we'll contact you for a valid address — this can delay dispatch, or the order may need to be cancelled and refunded.
Upgrade to eParcel Express ＋
- Express shipping option — add eParcel Express at checkout for next-business-day delivery to most Australia-wide locations (non-metro areas may take longer).
Delivery timeline ＋
- Prompt dispatch — orders paid before 2:00 PM AEST on business days go out same-day.
- Next-business-day delivery — available within the Express Post Delivery Network.
- If something's delayed (e.g. an item is out of stock), we'll contact you within one business day.
Shipping to New Zealand ＋
- Custom quote required — email your item list and delivery address to shop@travelgear.com.au or call 0412 333 115 and we'll quote shipping for you.
