Pricing
All orders placed before 2.00pm Mon - Fri are shipped the same day, with eParcel Post with tracking for a flat rate. There is a 2-4 Day Delivery within Australian Eastern Capitals. Delivery to rural areas may take longer.

Upgrade to eParcel Express
On all orders, we offer an upgrade to eParcel Express. This is available at an extra cost and can be selected at checkout. This shipping method offers you next business day delivery to most locations Australia-wide (Note: may take longer for non-metropolitan areas).

Delivery
Wondering when your package will arrive? Orders received and paid for before 2pm (AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day - so you'll get your items the very next business day if your destination is within the Express Post Delivery Network. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.

If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe (if an item is out of stock, for example), we will contact you within one business day.

Return and Refund Policy

Faulty or broken items

If you do happen to receive a faulty product (most unlikely) please contact us for instructions on returning the item. We will of course replace or refund the item, and credit you with the return shipping costs, plus pay the shipping on the replacement item.

You may also return most new, unopened items in their packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. If you have ordered the wrong size, or just changed your mind, we will issue a credit for the goods only; but not return shipping costs. The goods must be in new condition in packaging and returned by standard air mail. The credit will be issued on receipt of the returned goods. Credits may take a few days to show in your account.

Due to health regulations we cannot accept some items (like underwear) for return (unless faulty).

Three UK Pay as You go SIM card is a data only device SIM for your iPad, tablet or mobile wi-fi device. Three has the UK's biggest 3G network, which has been rated the UK's number one network for mobile broadband speed, reliability and value. You can read more about Three's UK network here.

Three UK's starter pack is designed to be used in tablets, iPads and hotspots, and is preloaded with 3GB of data (valid for three months) so you can get on the internet as soon as you arrive in the UK. You do not need to activate this SIM – it is ready to go without needing to set up an account or fiddle around. As they say, it is Internet with Legs!

When you've used up your data allowance, or your time has expired, all you need to do is top up with Pay As You Go to carry on using the internet.

Three's data top-ups available are:

  • 1GB £10
  • 3GB £15
  • 7GB £25

The above data top-ups are valid for 30 days (although the initial 3GB pre-loaded data will last for three months).

You can buy top-ups from over 100,000 shops in the UK including convenience stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, petrol stations and post offices.

The 3 UK SIM is also now available in tri-cut SIM that fits all unlocked data-only devices.

Includes roaming in select countries for no additional cost

The Three UK data SIM card includes roaming in select countries for no additional cost, however it is intended for UK residents making short trips abroad which means that your first use of this SIM card must occur in the United Kingdom and your ability to roam outside the UK may be disabled if you incur excessive data use outside the UK (i.e. more data being used outside rather than inside the UK). It is ideal if the majority of your trip is to the UK but you are also planning short hops to neighbouring European countries.

Free roaming is available in following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Isle of Man, Israel, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macau, Malta, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, United States of America.

Please note: as this is primarily a UK SIM card, you can only top up your service by purchasing top up vouchers at shops in the UK (unless you are a UK resident with a UK credit card).

Please note: The first place you use this SIM card must be in the United Kingdom and you cannot it outside the UK for more than two continuous months within a one year period. If you are planning on using this SIM card outside the UK and think you need to top up credit to add more data, make sure that you buy your top up voucher from a shop in the UK before leaving the country.
