All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Charlestown, NSW. Orders placed before 2:00 pm AEST Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day via Australia Post eParcel with tracking. Orders placed after 2:00 pm are dispatched the next business day.
Estimated delivery times: 2–4 business days to Australian eastern capitals. Rural and remote areas may take longer. Upgrade to eParcel Express at checkout for next business day delivery to most locations Australia-wide.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in 100% resaleable condition in original, unmarked packaging. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for change-of-mind returns. Faulty or incorrectly sent items are returned at our expense — contact us immediately upon receipt.
To initiate a return, email shop@travelgear.com.au with your order number, the product details, and your reason for return. We will issue a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) — do not send items back without one. Once issued, the package must be returned within 14 days.
