Upgrade to eParcel Express:

Return and Refund Policy

Welcome to Our Easy Returns!

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it even if you simply change your mind. Just follow our returns process to ensure a smooth experience.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us First: Before sending back any products, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).

    Include the following information:

    • Your order number
    • Details of the product(s) to be returned
    • Reason for the return

Special Exceptions for Personal and Food Items:

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind on personal or food items unless the item is faulty, significantly different from what was shown to you, not performing as expected, or in breach of manufacturer's warranties or consumer guarantees.

Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:

  • Personal Items: Pillows, eye masks, face masks, gaiters, sleeping bags, sleeping mats, sleeping liners, water bottles, mugs, hair appliances, manicure sets, ear plugs, earbuds, headphones.
  • Food Items: Back Country Cuisine Freeze Dried Food, Outdoor Gourmet Freeze Dried Food.

Note: Freeze Dried Foods must be stored correctly to ensure longevity. Once they have been in your possession, we cannot verify their handling or storage, thus we cannot return them to stock.

Returns at Our Expense:

We will replace, refund, or credit any product at our expense under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or faulty product (claims must be made immediately upon receipt).
  • We sent you the wrong product.
  • We did not meet fair trading requirements as governed by Australian law.

Shipping Returns:

  • If you received a product via Australia Post, our customer service team will email you a RAN.
  • Use Australia Post Registered Post to return the package to avoid loss. Once we receive the parcel, we will refund your shipping costs.

Returns at Your Expense:

We accept returns even if:

  • You've changed your mind about the product.
  • You made an incorrect choice.
  • You failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an order.

Conditions:

  • Claims must be made within 30 days of receiving your product.
  • Items must be in 100% resaleable condition. Used or imperfect items are not eligible for return.
  • A restocking/admin fee of up to 20% of the item value may apply.

Shipping Your Return:

You can choose your preferred delivery method (Australia Post or courier). Ensure you use Registered Post to avoid loss.

Return Authorisation Number (RAN):

A RAN is required before returning any product. Once issued, the package must be returned within 14 days. All products must be in original, unmarked packaging, including accessories and documentation.

Replacement and Refund Process:

  • Replacement: A replacement product will be shipped at our expense once we receive the returned product. Delivery time is based on product availability on our website.
  • Refund/Credit: Refunds include all shipping and associated costs. No refund/credit will be issued until we receive the returned product. Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the purchase.

The AT&T USA SIM card is a great option if you're travelling throughout the United States, particularly if you are making a road trip that takes in national parks and rural areas where other networks may have limited coverage.

This SIM card is set up on a monthly prepaid plan with your first 30 days service already paid for. When using the AT&T SIM card your service includes:

  • 8GB data at up to 4G speed when using your phone in Canada, Mexico and the United States. Your data speed will be trottled to 128 Kbps after you have used your high-speed data allowance, but you also have the option of adding an additional 3GB of high-speed data use for USD $20.
  • Unlimited incoming calls when using your phone in Canada, Mexico and the United States
  • Unlimited calls to Canadian, Mexican and US landline phones when using your phone in Canada, Mexico and the United States
  • Unlimited calls to Canadian, Mexican and US mobile phones when using your phone in Canada, Mexico and the United States
  • Unlimited international text messages when using your phone in Canada, Mexico and the United States

Can I use this for longer than 30 days?

If you are staying longer than one month, each additional month of service will cost you USD $50. You simply need to top up your credit so you have at least USD $50 in your prepaid account by the end of the first 30-day period. As long as there is at least USD $50 credit available, AT&T will deduct this credit from your account to pay for an additional month of service.

Your AT&T USA SIM card is ready to go

We will activate your AT&T USA SIM card for you so all you need to do is put it in an unlocked phone after arriving in the USA.

  • There is no need to activate your SIM card. We do this for you.
  • There is no need to top up your SIM card prior to travelling. We add enough credit to pay for your first month of use.

We will set your SIM card up for you prior to posting your SIM card so you know your US mobile phone number as soon as you receive your SIM card. You will be able to use your SIM card from the travel date that you specify when ordering your SIM card.

Note: Because of AT&T's activation process, we are not able to post this SIM card any earlier than 14 days before your travel date. Please contact us if your travel dates change so we can ensure that your SIM card is ready to use as soon as you arrive in the USA.

Using the AT&T USA SIM card in Canada and Mexico

The AT&T USA SIM card gives you free roaming in Canada and Mexico. This means that all your inclusive value can be used in Canada and Mexico as well as in the United States. Your 8GB data allowance can be used in Canada and Mexico as well as the United States and your call allowance, which includes unlimited incoming calls and unlimited calls to both mobile and landline phones in Canada, Mexico and the United States can be used when travelling in these three countries.

There are four restrictions to this free roaming deal:

  1. At least 50% of your usage must occur in the United States. This means that at least 50% of the call minutes you make and receive must occur when you are in the United States.
  2. If you add an add-on international calling feature, this will only work on the AT&T network in the United States (although discounted international calling apps such as Facetime, Rebtel, Skype or Viber will work anywhere).
  3. Rollover data (your unused data allowance that is rolled over to your next month of service) is only for use in the United States
  4. Your first use of this SIM card must occur on the AT&T network in the USA

You can buy top up vouchers for AT&T (along with all the other large mobile networks) at thousands of convenience stores, pharmacies and supermarkets throughout the USA. You can also top up online at ding.com.

Note: This SIM card is for use in a mobile phone only. It cannot be used in data-only devices such as tablets or portable Wi-Fi hotspots. If you need a SIM card for use in a data-only device you will need to visit an AT&T or T-Mobile shop after arriving in the United States and ask for a SIM card on a prepaid mobile broadband plan.
