Pricing
All orders placed before 2.00pm Mon - Fri are shipped the same day, with eParcel Post with tracking for a flat rate. There is a 2-4 Day Delivery within Australian Eastern Capitals. Delivery to rural areas may take longer.
Upgrade to eParcel Express
On all orders, we offer an upgrade to eParcel Express. This is available at an extra cost and can be selected at checkout. This shipping method offers you next business day delivery to most locations Australia-wide (Note: may take longer for non-metropolitan areas).

Wondering when your package will arrive? Orders received and paid for before 2pm (AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day - so you'll get your items the very next business day if your destination is within the Express Post Delivery Network. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.
If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe (if an item is out of stock, for example), we will contact you within one business day.

Faulty or broken items
If you do happen to receive a faulty product (most unlikely) please contact us for instructions on returning the item. We will of course replace or refund the item, and credit you with the return shipping costs, plus pay the shipping on the replacement item.
You may also return most new, unopened items in their packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. If you have ordered the wrong size, or just changed your mind, we will issue a credit for the goods only; but not return shipping costs. The goods must be in new condition in packaging and returned by standard air mail. The credit will be issued on receipt of the returned goods. Credits may take a few days to show in your account.
Due to health regulations we cannot accept some items (like underwear) for return (unless faulty).

The Pacsafe Camsafe LS Advance Crossbody is an anti-theft bag that protects your camera gear. It follows the design principles set by Pacsafe's Metrosafe range but adds protection for your camera gear.
With fully lockable zips, padded, modular Velcro® dividers, you can store a 12-inch MacBook or an 11-inch tablet, memory cards, your camera and more inside – all wrapped in extra protection with eXomesh® slashguards and RFIDsafe™ blocking pockets. You can also remove the Velcro® dividers to convert it into a standard 8 litre travel bag.
The Pacsafe Camsafe LS Advance Crossbody anti-theft camera bag features:
- Fits most DSLR cameras with a mounted lens plus two additional standard lenses
- Padded, modular Velcro® dividers to protect your camera gear
- You can remove the can remove Velcro® dividers to convert it to an 8 litre travel bag
- Padded sleeve in the main compartment for 11" tablets including the Apple iPad or a 12" MacBook
- Quick access dual-zippered padded main compartment with a boomerang handle
- Front zippered quick-access pocket with RFID-blocking pocket, mesh pocket and key/wallet attachment point and card slots
- Adjustable shoulder strap with movable shoulder pad
- Grab handle at the top of the bag
- Side loop that allows for attachment of extra gear
This bag's anti-theft features include:
- eXomesh® slashguards (the front, bottom and side fabric body panels of the bag have built-in stainless steel wire mesh panels to protect it from bag slashers)
- Slashproof Carrysafe® strap (the shoulder strap is reinforced with stainless steel wire so it can't be cut by thieves)
- Smart zipper security™ (zip pullers can be attached to a discreet security hooks or placed under and through a hypalon tab to prevent pickpockets reaching into your bag)
- RFID-blocking pocket (an internal pocket made from RFID-blocking material prevents identity thieves from downloading and stealing personal information stored on micro chips in your passport and credit cards)
- Turn & Hook security hook (the shoulder strap has a releasable security hook at one end that allows you to affix the strap to a fixture in your hotel room (or to your restaurant table) to stop thieves walking off with your bag)
