All orders placed before 2.00pm Mon - Fri are shipped the same day, with eParcel Post with tracking for a flat rate. There is a 2-4 Day Delivery within Australian Eastern Capitals. Delivery to rural areas may take longer.

On all orders, we offer an upgrade to eParcel Express. This is available at an extra cost and can be selected at checkout. This shipping method offers you next business day delivery to most locations Australia-wide (Note: may take longer for non-metropolitan areas).

Delivery
Wondering when your package will arrive? Orders received and paid for before 2pm (AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day - so you'll get your items the very next business day if your destination is within the Express Post Delivery Network. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.

If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe (if an item is out of stock, for example), we will contact you within one business day.

Return and Refund Policy

Faulty or broken items

If you do happen to receive a faulty product (most unlikely) please contact us for instructions on returning the item. We will of course replace or refund the item, and credit you with the return shipping costs, plus pay the shipping on the replacement item.

You may also return most new, unopened items in their packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. If you have ordered the wrong size, or just changed your mind, we will issue a credit for the goods only; but not return shipping costs. The goods must be in new condition in packaging and returned by standard air mail. The credit will be issued on receipt of the returned goods. Credits may take a few days to show in your account.

Due to health regulations we cannot accept some items (like underwear) for return (unless faulty).

Protect picaridin has proven to be equally effective at repelling insects as DEET but most importantly it is non-toxic and safe for your entire family and won't harm the environment.

 

Created by the german company Bayer, picaridin (AKA Saltidin/Icaridin) is a synthetic compound developed from a plant extract from the genus Piper, the same plant genus that produces table pepper. Studies have shown it has broad effectiveness as a repellent against different insects and is almost colourless, odourless, non-greasy and doesn’t melt plastics or other synthetics.

 

Icaridin has been reported to be as effective as DEET without the irritation associated with DEET.[3] According to the WHO, icaridin “demonstrates excellent repellent properties comparable to, and often superior to, those of the standard DEET.” In the United States, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends using repellents based on icaridin, DEET, or oil of lemon eucalyptus for effective protection against mosquitoes that carry the West Nile virus, Eastern Equine Encephalitis and other illnesses.

Picaridin has been available since 1998 in Europe – where it is the best-selling insect repellent – but wasn’t approved for sale in the United States until 2005.
