Pricing
All orders placed before 2.00pm Mon - Fri are shipped the same day, with eParcel Post with tracking for a flat rate. There is a 2-4 Day Delivery within Australian Eastern Capitals. Delivery to rural areas may take longer.
Upgrade to eParcel Express
On all orders, we offer an upgrade to eParcel Express. This is available at an extra cost and can be selected at checkout. This shipping method offers you next business day delivery to most locations Australia-wide (Note: may take longer for non-metropolitan areas).

Wondering when your package will arrive? Orders received and paid for before 2pm (AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day - so you'll get your items the very next business day if your destination is within the Express Post Delivery Network. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.
If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe (if an item is out of stock, for example), we will contact you within one business day.

Faulty or broken items
If you do happen to receive a faulty product (most unlikely) please contact us for instructions on returning the item. We will of course replace or refund the item, and credit you with the return shipping costs, plus pay the shipping on the replacement item.
You may also return most new, unopened items in their packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. If you have ordered the wrong size, or just changed your mind, we will issue a credit for the goods only; but not return shipping costs. The goods must be in new condition in packaging and returned by standard air mail. The credit will be issued on receipt of the returned goods. Credits may take a few days to show in your account.
Due to health regulations we cannot accept some items (like underwear) for return (unless faulty).

TamperTell Deluxe Easy Seals are a quick and easy way to secure your personal belongings. Whether you're travelling, camping or simply leaving your possessions unattended, TamperTell Easy Seals will secure your peace of mind.
The seals are easy to secure: simply thread through zipper "handles". lock and pull tighten. Next, breakaway the receipt tab and place in the enclosed pouch for future reference. If you discover the TamperTell is broken, you are instantly aware that your things may have been tampered with. Each seal has a unique number, so you can identify if the seal has been replaced and/or tampered with by comparing the seal numbers with those of the stored receipt tabs. TamperTell security seals are easy to remove - simply give the side tab a firm short pull.
TamperTell security seals are an excellent choice for luggage security, as many airlines no longer allow padlocks to be used on baggage. You will be instantly aware if your belongings have been inspected or tampered with, so you can inform airport officials immediately.
Many airlines no longer allow padlocks (except TSA approved locks) to be used on luggages, as they cannot be easily broken by security or customs staff, leaving luggage unguarded. TamperTell allows you to advise Customs if your luggage has been tampered with.
