All orders placed before 2.00pm Mon - Fri are shipped the same day, with eParcel Post with tracking for a flat rate. There is a 2-4 Day Delivery within Australian Eastern Capitals. Delivery to rural areas may take longer.

On all orders, we offer an upgrade to eParcel Express. This is available at an extra cost and can be selected at checkout. This shipping method offers you next business day delivery to most locations Australia-wide (Note: may take longer for non-metropolitan areas).

Delivery
Wondering when your package will arrive? Orders received and paid for before 2pm (AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day - so you'll get your items the very next business day if your destination is within the Express Post Delivery Network. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.

If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe (if an item is out of stock, for example), we will contact you within one business day.

Return and Refund Policy

Faulty or broken items

If you do happen to receive a faulty product (most unlikely) please contact us for instructions on returning the item. We will of course replace or refund the item, and credit you with the return shipping costs, plus pay the shipping on the replacement item.

You may also return most new, unopened items in their packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. If you have ordered the wrong size, or just changed your mind, we will issue a credit for the goods only; but not return shipping costs. The goods must be in new condition in packaging and returned by standard air mail. The credit will be issued on receipt of the returned goods. Credits may take a few days to show in your account.

Due to health regulations we cannot accept some items (like underwear) for return (unless faulty).

Bite away® is designed to be effective on any insect bite or sting that has a histamine reaction. The bite away®is an electronic device for the external treatment of insect bites and stings such as mosquitoes, sand fly/midges, wasps, bees, horse fly, fleas, bedbugs and mites/chiggers as well as sting caused by stinging neetle and jellyfish.

SMALL, COMPACT DEVICE WITH GREAT EFFECT
Small, portable and easy to use, the Bite away® can be taken everywhere. Used as directed, Bite away® is safe for all the family, even pets. Bite away® is safe for people with allergies, pregnant women and epileptics, and safe to use for people with pacemakers and heart conditions.

When applied immediately after the sting, bite away® prevents or minimises the itching so that it becomes insignificant and prevents a subsequent swelling. When applied later, even after hours, the itching will be minimised immediately or will disappear. The swelling will go down more quickly.

FAST, EFFECTIVE AND RELIABLE
The device works on the purely natural effect of concentrated heat. This effect takes place as a local thermal treatment at the puncture/bite site. With the device reaching a temperature of 50˚C decomposing/denaturing the components on the insect poison and therefore preventing the histamine reation. So the unpleasant consequences of an insect sting /bite can be immediately and permanently stopped.

TECHNOLOGY AND FUNCTION
The technology behind the bite away® is an integrated microchip. This is located directly on the round heating surface. Device operates on a voltage of 2.3V -3.6V and runs on 2 AA batteries. There are two treatment times selectable, left button for 3 seconds for children, and those with sensitive skin, and the right button for 6 seconds for adults. After pressing the button the device will heat up. Once target temperature is reached, indicated by illumination of LED, treatment has started. Temperature will remain controlled and constant ( 49˚C - 51˚C) throughout treatment.

SAFE AND EASY TO USE
The device is best used slightly pressing onto the bite. The patient feeling a superficial warming of the skin and depending on the sensitivity of the person, there could be a slight response.

On a worksite the bite away® device doesn't produce a spark when used. Safe to use on all the family. Safe for people with allergies, pregnancy, cancer, epilepsy and pacemakers or heart conditions.
