Pricing
All orders placed before 2.00pm Mon - Fri are shipped the same day, with eParcel Post with tracking for a flat rate. There is a 2-4 Day Delivery within Australian Eastern Capitals. Delivery to rural areas may take longer.
Upgrade to eParcel Express
On all orders, we offer an upgrade to eParcel Express. This is available at an extra cost and can be selected at checkout. This shipping method offers you next business day delivery to most locations Australia-wide (Note: may take longer for non-metropolitan areas).

Wondering when your package will arrive? Orders received and paid for before 2pm (AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day - so you'll get your items the very next business day if your destination is within the Express Post Delivery Network. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.
If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe (if an item is out of stock, for example), we will contact you within one business day.

Faulty or broken items
If you do happen to receive a faulty product (most unlikely) please contact us for instructions on returning the item. We will of course replace or refund the item, and credit you with the return shipping costs, plus pay the shipping on the replacement item.
You may also return most new, unopened items in their packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. If you have ordered the wrong size, or just changed your mind, we will issue a credit for the goods only; but not return shipping costs. The goods must be in new condition in packaging and returned by standard air mail. The credit will be issued on receipt of the returned goods. Credits may take a few days to show in your account.
Due to health regulations we cannot accept some items (like underwear) for return (unless faulty).

CARES (Child Aviation Restraint System) is a harness-type belt that can be quickly and easily fitted over airplane seats. Combined with the standard lap seatbelt, it creates a secure five-point restraint system for children.
This system is portable, lightweight, and straightforward to install—taking less than a minute to set up. It's globally certified by aviation authorities, including CASA in Australia, and is the only restraint system certified for all phases of flight, including taxiing, takeoff, turbulence, and landing. It offers a safety level comparable to car seats.
Suitable for children weighing 10-20kg (approximately 1-5 years old), CARES keeps them safely secured during various flight conditions such as turbulence and emergency landings. The familiar feel of the harness, similar to car seats, helps children settle more comfortably and increases the likelihood of them sleeping during long flights.
Not only it enhance safety by preventing children from being unsecured during turbulence or emergencies, but it also allows parents to travel without the bulk of a car seat, which can be checked as luggage.
The idea for Child Aviation Restraint System was born nine years ago when its inventor, Louise Stoll, saw the struggles her pregnant daughter faced while managing a toddler and their gear during air travel. This observation sparked the creation of a practical, innovative solution to make flying with children easier and safer.
